Let's say you're at the office and you realize you forgot to set your DVR to record a big game tonight, and you won't be home until it's over.
Along with competitors, Moxi will let you hop online, log in to your account, and set the game to record (we call this "Online Scheduling"). Looks like we're "even-steven" on that one, right? Not so fast. Owners of a rival HD DVR might be in for a nasty surprise later that night when he pulls up his menu and searches frantically for the game that never actually recorded after all.
That's because competitors' online scheduling isn't synced in real time with your actual DVR the way Moxi is. So... if you already have two other shows set to record at the same time as the game,Competitors will TELL you that you're all set, but in reality, it will only record the previously scheduled shows instead. And it won't tell you until it's too late. OUCH.
